Gallagher, a leading risk management firm, seeks an experienced Senior Adjuster to manage complex general liability claims across California. You will analyze coverage, oversee investigations, and guide settlements while maintaining regulatory compliance.

You will mentor junior adjusters, optimize claim resolution, and contribute to predictive analytics and reporting while achieving quality service and leadership in a remote CA work environment.

Competenze

• Ability to think critically and solve problems in complex claims.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills for settlements and client interactions.
• Experience with claims handling software and industry practices.
• Licensed/certified to handle claims in applicable states or able to obtain licenses.

Mansioni

• Manage full life cycle of complex general liability claims.
• Analyze coverage, review investigations, evaluate damages, and advise settlements.
• Prepare timely reports for reinsurers and pools; maintain data accuracy.
• Direct defense counsel and control litigation costs; attend mediations as needed.
• Pursue subrogation opportunities and adjust reserves as claim develops.
• Draft coverage letters and negotiate settlements; ensure compliance with standards.
• Mentor junior adjusters and support client file reviews.
• Maintain a minimum billing productivity of 80% daily.
