Job summary

ACCEL Schools LLC is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage the general ledger, monthly close, and journal entries for multiple entities. You will perform monthly reconciliations and variance analyses across balance sheet and income statement accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will lead revenue and deferred revenue reconciliations, identify efficiencies, and support accounting projects across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of accounting experience, public or large corporate accounting preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge, ERP proficiency, and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Support general ledger tasks including monthly close and journal entries for multiple entities.
• Perform monthly reconciliations and variance analyses across balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Lead revenue and deferred revenue reconciliations, identify efficiencies, and support accounting projects.
