Job summary

You will plan labor, material, and equipment resources, collaborate with superintendents to align labor activities with schedules, and mentor foremen to strengthen leadership skills. Requires OSHA-10 and 7+ years in construction with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 7 years of general labor/construction experience with 1–2 years in a managerial role.
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification is required; OSHA 30-Hour is preferred.

Manages field operations related to site preparation, material handling, and equipment maintenance across projects of varying size and complexity. Coordinates labor and resources, fosters workforce development, and drives continuous improvement in operational efficiency.
