Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Senior General Facilities Maintenance Technician in Mays Landing, NJ to maintain and repair Walmart facilities and assets. The role requires expertise across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and equipment handling, with responsibilities spanning reactive work orders and emergency responses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational or Technical certification and 5 years' experience in one of the following trades: plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related trade, or 7 years' experience in one of these trades.
• 1 year's experience using word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facilities, equipment, and assets using multiple craft skills.
• Use the work order system to receive reactive repair work orders and document activities.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete training to operate equipment and tools safely.
