Job summary

Walmart is seeking a General Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our local and regional team in Cincinnati. You will perform routine maintenance to keep Walmart stores safe, functional, and inviting.

The role requires working across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other trades, following schedules, and operating in varied temperatures. A valid driver’s license and related certifications are required to succeed.

Qualifications

• Vocational or Technical certification and 3–5 years in plumbing/electrical or related trades.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR; CDL eligibility may be required.
• Ability to work in varied temperatures and lift up to 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facilities, equipment, and assets using multiple crafts and hand/power tools.
• Use work order system to receive, document, and complete repair tasks.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls and assess issues.
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities and equipment to diagnose problems.
• Complete safety training to operate equipment and tools.
