Walmart is seeking a General Facilities Maintenance Technician to support store operations with routine maintenance of facilities, equipment, and fixtures. Under supervision of the General Maintenance Manager, you will follow schedules, perform inspections, and complete repairs to keep facilities safe and functional.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Vocational or technical certification and 1 year experience, or 2 years total work experience in a relevant trade.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facilities, equipment, and assets using plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and related tools.
• Utilize the work order management system to receive and document repair work orders.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete training to operate equipment safely.
