Job summary

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited degree or combination of education and experience.
• Experience in planning, organizing, and overseeing the Engineering Flight and aligning goals with BCAMP/BAMP.
• Experience in supervisory personnel management and security education/compliance.
• Ability to liaise with base organizations, DoD, and other agencies on projects and programs.
• Knowledge of engineering theory, construction regulations, PPBS, and DoD budgeting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Engineering Flight with second-level supervision and managerial authority.
• Oversee project planning, program development, design, energy management, and contract execution.
• Direct and mentor staff to meet program requirements within resource constraints.
• Represent the unit with base leadership and external stakeholders to coordinate projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and EEO regulations.
