Job description

The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and direct the activities of the Project Management Element, ensuring that engineering work complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Perform multidisciplinary professional engineering work. Represent the organization with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
