Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of advanced engineering concepts, practices, standards, and methods.
• Familiar with DoD/Air Force systems, budgeting, and planning cycles.
• Ability to plan, organize, and direct organizational functions and staff.
• Supervisory and personnel management experience and reporting to higher HQ.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and oversees unit activities; sets goals and objectives.
• Directs work through deputies and supervisors; advises on policies and directives.
• Represents the 502d CEG as 802d CES Director for JBSA-Lackland AFB installations.
• Consults on engineering work involving advanced theories and system development.
• Leads budget development and PPBS documentation for environmental and engineering planning.
