Job summary

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of multidisciplinary engineering theories, concepts, standards.
• Planning and program management, DoD PPBS concepts.
• Safety, security, personnel management, and EEO regulations.
• Evaluate technologies for installation infrastructure.
• Analyze, plan, and direct work; mentor staff.
• Communicate with senior officials and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervisory and non-supervisory employees in PM branch.
• Direct, coordinate and review performance; prepare evaluations.
• Advise on policies, procedures and directives; ensure compliance.
• Select candidates for positions and manage training and development.
• Manage budgets, leave, travel, and awards processes.
• Resolve grievances and ensure safe, compliant work environment.
