Trane Technologies plc is seeking a seasoned in-house counsel to lead the legal support for the Residential HVAC business. You will draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, navigate regulatory requirements, and partner with leadership on strategic initiatives to mitigate risk and enable growth.

The role requires a JD from a US law school, bar admission, and 15+ years of legal experience including at least 10 years in-house, with strong negotiation and collaboration skills to

Competenze

• J.D. degree from an accredited US law school.
• Member in good standing of a State Bar Association.
• 15+ years’ experience as an attorney; 10+ years in-house counsel.
