Job summary

Modine, a global leader in thermal management, seeks a Senior Counsel CHVAC to provide legal support to the CHVAC business segment. You will draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, collaborate with global Legal teams, and advise on regulatory compliance.

The role requires at least 5 years of transactional corporate experience, a US JD or EU equivalent, English fluency, and the ability to work remotely with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of transactional corporate experience with a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• US law license in good standing or eligibility to practice in Wisconsin; EU equivalents for European roles.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and ancillary agreements.
• Collaborate with global Legal professionals to support global business strategy.
• Draft legal memoranda and training materials as needed.
• Escalate complex disputes to senior attorneys as needed.
• Drive legal projects and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
