Qualifications

• J.D. degree
• Government contracts legal experience in a law firm, corporation, or government
• Experience with handling legal issues in U.S. defense and aerospace industry sector
• Licensed to practice law in the U.S.
• 5 years of directly relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Handle government and commercial contracting from proposals to claims.
• Advise on data rights and program-related disputes at prime and subcontract levels.
• Collaborate with ADP personnel in Contracts, Finance and Supply Chain and government and industry counterparts.
• Assist in communications with outside counsel.
• Demonstrate leadership, strong communication and writing skills.
• Work independently when appropriate under leadership guidance.
