Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a General Counsel for Procurement/ISC/Global Real Estate within the Commercial Law organization. You will lead strategy, governance, standardization, and automation of contracting to support business growth while managing risk.

You will also drive AI-driven CLM modernization and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to enable compliant, commercially sound agreements. You will manage a team of contracts professionals and attorneys, set KPIs, and partner with Procurement,

Qualifications

8+ years of contracting, negotiation, or related commercial/legal roles.
Strong knowledge of commercial contract law, terms and conditions, and risk management.
Experience using AI/automation in contract lifecycle management (CLM).
Strong understanding of digital contracting tools and analytics platforms.
Demonstrated experience negotiating high-value contracts.

Responsibilities

Develop contract strategies, policies, templates, tools and standard terms.
Oversee negotiation, review, and execution of procurement contracts and other commercial agreements.
Lead a high-performing team of contracts professionals and attorneys; establish KPIs and governance standards.
Drive AI-driven contracting, analytics, and CLM modernization to improve risk and efficiency.
Collaborate with Procurement, ISC, GRE, Finance, and Operations to resolve issues and manage risk.
