Job summary

Honeywell Technologies seeks a General Counsel, Procurement/ISC/Global Real Estate to lead the contracting function, drive strategy, governance, and automation while managing risk across GRE, ISC, and Procurement.

You will mentor a team of contracts professionals, partner with finance and regional legal teams, and advance AI-driven contracting tools to improve efficiency and deal quality across the global business.

Qualifications

8+ years of contracting, contract negotiation, or related commercial/legal roles.
Strong knowledge of commercial contract law, terms and risk management.
Experience using AI/automation in contract lifecycle management (CLM).
Strong understanding of digital contracting tools and analytics platforms.
Proven leadership of high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

Develop contract strategies, policies, templates, tools and standard terms aligned with business objectives.
Oversee negotiation, review, and execution of procurement contracts and other commercial agreements with a focus on standardization and automation.
Partner with Procurement, ISC and GRE leadership to support deal structuring and negotiation strategy.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of contracts professionals and attorneys.
Establish KPIs, dashboards and governance standards; drive talent development and succession planning.
Leverage AI and automation to streamline contract review, risk analysis, and lifecycle management.
