Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior General Superintendent in Fort Worth, TX to oversee complex construction projects on-site. This role leads multiple field teams, ensures safety, quality, and schedule adherence, and integrates field operations with project leadership.

The ideal candidate will bring experience across healthcare, critical infrastructure, and mission-critical environments, with strong MEP knowledge and stakeholder management. Fort Worth-based, full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Superintendent on large commercial, healthcare, mission-critical, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Proven leadership of other Superintendents or large field teams.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and complex facility construction.
• Experience with hospitals, medical gas systems, data centers, nuclear facilities, or other critical environments strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects to successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple Superintendents and field teams across concurrent projects.
• Drive project execution, safety, quality, schedule, and field productivity.
• Coordinate with project management, owners, subcontractors, and design teams.
• Support planning, logistics, manpower forecasting, and overall site operations.
• Ensure successful delivery of complex, technically challenging projects.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
• Serve as a field leader while maintaining a high-level understanding of project objectives and client expectations.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior General Superintendent to oversee the execution of complex construction projects while providing leadership and mentorship to multiple Superintendents across active job sites. This role serves as a key link between field operations and project leadership, combining hands-on construction expertise with strategic oversight.
