Senior Superintendent | Healthcare Construction | ENR Top-10 General Contractor | $170K-$230K + Bonus

Metric DCX is partnering with an ENR Top-10 General Contractor to hire an experienced Senior Superintendent for large-scale Healthcare Construction projects across the United States.

This is an opportunity to join one of the nation's most respected builders, delivering complex hospital construction, medical center expansions, acute care facilities, healthcare renovations, and major healthcare campus developments.

Locations:

Multiple opportunities available across Texas, Florida, Arizona, Virginia, North Carolina, Tennessee, and other major healthcare construction markets.

The Opportunity:

The Senior Superintendent will lead all field operations on complex healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through turnover.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading day-to-day field operations for hospital and healthcare construction projects
• Managing project schedules, logistics, and subcontractor coordination
• Driving safety, quality, and production across all phases of construction
• Coordinating work in active and occupied healthcare environments
• Overseeing trade partner performance and workforce planning
• Leading project meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and healthcare stakeholders
• Managing project milestones and ensuring schedule commitments are achieved
• Mentoring Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and site teams

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Senior Superintendent, Lead Superintendent, or Superintendent with a General Contractor
• Proven success delivering healthcare construction projects, hospital construction projects, or medical facility construction projects
• Experience with ground-up construction, healthcare renovations, expansions, and occupied facility work
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, site logistics, scheduling, and field leadership
• Ability to manage large subcontractor teams and complex project environments
