Washington State Department of Labor & Industries seeks a Fiscal Analyst 3 to join the Financial Management Division. The role focuses on reconciling accounts, maintaining AFRS interfaces, and leading process improvements to ensure daily financial integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED AND four (4) years of fiscal or related experience.
• Equivalent combination of experience and education may be used to qualify for the four (4) years of fiscal or related experience such as:
• Two (2) years of fiscal experience AND Two (2) years of college courses.
• The ability to take action to learn and grow. The ability to take action to meet the needs of others.

Responsibilities

• Ensure AFRS and related systems interface daily and items are processed the same business day.
• Perform daily reconciliation to ensure all batches have posted.
• Review unbalanced in‑process report daily and correct errors.
• Prepare and send investment projection instructions and other projections.
