Innova Solutions is seeking a Senior AI / GenAI Solutions Engineer to design, develop, and deploy multi-agent systems and intelligent workflows in Charlotte, NC. The role covers OCR, data extraction, RAG architectures, and enterprise-grade AI governance.

The candidate will work with Python, LangChain, LangGraph, and agent-based architectures, integrating with REST APIs, Kafka, MongoDB, and banking/KYC workflows in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in AI/ML, GenAI, or Intelligent Automation solutions.
• Hands-on Python and AI development frameworks including LangChain and LangGraph.
• Experience implementing Document AI/IDP with OCR, PDF parsing, data extraction, and API integration.
• Strong track record building and deploying LLM-powered applications, agents, and RAG solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy multi-agent systems and intelligent workflows using Python, LangGraph, and LangChain.
• Build end-to-end document AI solutions with OCR, parsing, data extraction and validation.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures and LLM-powered applications.
