Innova Solutions is seeking a Software Engineer IV specializing in AI concepts and Generative AI. You will design and build AI-powered applications using Python, develop AI agents with LangChain/ADK, and create POCs with LLMs and RAG to address business challenges.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, follow SDLC and Agile practices, and deploy secure, cloud-native solutions on Azure, GCP, or OpenShift. The role emphasizes continuous学习 and innovation in AI technologies.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Python development
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG and AI agent frameworks like LangChain/ADK
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Experience with Git and code reviews
• Experience with Azure, GCP or OpenShift
• Knowledge of MLOps and LLMOps practices
• Security-conscious software development

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI-powered applications using Python and Generative AI technologies.
• Build intelligent AI agents using LangChain, ADK, or similar frameworks.
• Develop POCs and prototypes using LLMs and RAG to solve business challenges.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineers to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Follow SDLC best practices including version control, testing, and deployment.
• Participate in weekly demonstrations of AI solutions and business use cases.
• Develop secure, scalable, cloud-native applications on Azure, GCP, OpenShift, or similar.
• Apply MLOps and LLMOps to deploy and maintain AI applications.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and performance standards.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and propose innovative solutions.
