Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
• 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience.
• Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor on Generative AI solutions (Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Q, SageMaker, and related AI/ML services) for strategic Education, State & Local Government, and GovTech/EdTech customers.
• Lead architecture design sessions, technical deep-dives, and proof-of-concept engagements for complex GenAI opportunities.
• Provide expert-level guidance on GenAI architectures, model selection, fine-tuning strategies, RAG patterns, and responsible AI implementation.
• Partner with account teams on strategic account planning, contributing GenAI domain expertise to accelerate the sales cycle and improve solution accuracy.
