Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking an Associate Director, Senior Service Designer (GenAI Experience) to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This hybrid role leads enterprise GenAI service design initiatives and shapes the vision for agentic systems across employee and client experiences.

You will mentor design teams, collaborate with senior leaders, and apply GenAI principles to create end-to-end service blueprints, multi-modal interfaces, and scalable AI-powered solutions.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of experience in service design, product design or UX.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience with user research, UX/UI design and service design principles.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch; GenAI technologies familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic design and delivery of enterprise GenAI solutions.
• Oversee the service design lifecycle from research to end-to-end blueprints.
• Champion GenAI trends to drive new high-value service offerings.
• Drive conversational AI principles for natural, intuitive interactions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align priorities and delivery.
• Develop and mentor designers to build GenAI design capability.
