Job summary

Cincinnatus LLC is hiring a senior business and sales operations expert to work with a leading AI lab, shaping how frontline teams run operations. The role is full-time W-2, placed at the client site in the Bay Area, with on-site work several days per week and relocation may be required at your own cost.

You will review knowledge-work quality, write instruction specs, and build benchmarks to measure real-world performance, collaborating with researchers and program management to mature operating

Qualifications

• 4+ years owning a business, revenue, or sales operations function.
• Senior level progression (Manager to VP/COO) with real ownership.
• Domain depth in at least one area (sales ops, revenue ops, CRM, pricing, go-to-market).
• Bachelor's degree; MBA or equivalent strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Data QA and reviews of business and sales operations knowledge work tasks and model outputs.
• Write instruction specs and golden datasets for operations problems.
• Design benchmarks and domain-specific tools with the research team.
• Calibration with client researchers to maintain consistent standards.
