Cincinnatus LLC is hiring a senior finance domain expert to work with a leading AI lab’s research and program management teams. You will review finance knowledge work quality, write instruction specs, and build golden solutions to define what is correct in practice.

This is a full‑time W-2 role with Cincinnatus LLC, placed at a leading AI lab as part of the extended workforce. On-site in the Bay Area, relocation is at your cost if needed.

Competenze

• 5+ years of substantive, dedicated professional finance experience at a recognized institution.
• Genuine specialization in at least one core finance discipline (e.g., FP&A, IB/M&A, asset or wealth management, PE/credit, risk management, treasury, or accounting & audit).
• Senior-level ownership of analysis and decisions (VP/Director/MD level).
• Advanced degree (MBA/MS/PhD) or professional credential (CFA/CPA/FRM).
• Hands-on working use of large language models in finance work, with sound judgment.
• Availability to commit to 40 hours per week for an initial 6‑month engagement.
• Location: Bay Area, CA, on-site with the client, hybrid schedule.

• Define finance benchmarks and evaluate finance task depth with the research team.
