You are client-obsessed, data-driven, and experienced with GenAI/LLM tooling, able to turn insights into concrete product direction and measurable outcomes. Expect a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience defining and delivering digital products with agile teams.
• Proven integration of GenAI/LLM tooling into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Scrums and keeping momentum with cross-functional teams.
• Research and requirements using client data and analytics.
• Build relationships with engineering, design, and business teams.
• Instrument the product to monitor performance and learn from data.
• Stay close to real users; validate opinions with research and steer the roadmap.
• Diversity of work: AI prototypes, spec writing, and surveying results.
