Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own the AI-powered virtual agent platform roadmap, aligning customer, business, and technical priorities across teams. You will drive delivery cadence, enable internal adoption, and shape strategy as the platform evolves.

You will collaborate with engineering and design to deliver AI-driven self-service experiences, applying Generative AI and LLM capabilities to improve outcomes for thousands of customers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in AI, SaaS, or related platforms.
• Experience owning complex product capabilities end to end, from strategy to adoption.
• Ability to operate independently across strategic and tactical levels.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across engineering, design, customer success, and enablement.
• Solid understanding of AI, Generative AI, and LLMs in conversational AI.
• Excellent communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap for the AI-powered virtual agent platform, translating priorities into clear decisions from prioritization through launch.
• Drive alignment with closely partnered teams on roadmap sequencing, dependencies, and delivery timing.
• Lead platform enablement across internal adoption, product documentation, stakeholder readiness, and cross-team coordination.
• Partner with engineering and design to deliver scalable, high-quality AI-driven experiences that improve self-service and outcomes.
• Translate customer, stakeholder, usage, and market insights into product priorities to strengthen adoption and value.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, Generative AI, and LLM capabilities to conversational AI and automation.
• Influence product direction by monitoring developments in conversational AI and translating advances into platform opportunities.
• Shape platform expansion into broader digital priorities as scope evolves.
