Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience in animation studios or GenAI workflows.
• Ability to own medium-to-large features within a team’s systems.
• Experience with scalable inference and training technologies and modern tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and extend enterprise-wide tech and platforms for GenAI-native production.
• Partner with senior engineers to evaluate algorithm developments for artists.
• Package workflows for reuse by artists across shows.
• Define workstation requirements with Netflix infrastructure teams.
• Ensure API support for TDs to customize per show workflows.
• Prototype, test, and iterate workflows in production environments.
• Develop tools for navigating and managing generated assets.
• Maintain studio production tracking and review toolsets.
• Enable standardized workflows across productions and teams.
• Provide infrastructure monitoring and security/compliance collaboration.
