Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering delivering production-grade apps.
• 5+ years backend development including API work in Java, Python or Node.js.
• Experience designing microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on cloud experience (GCP, Kubernetes).
• CI/CD, DevOps, containers (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Frontend frameworks (Angular/React) understanding.
• 1+ year with Generative AI/LLM-based systems (prompting, RAG, evaluation).
• Experience building AI-enabled applications with modern frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy scalable AI/GenAI apps with LLMs and RAG.
• Develop AI prompts, evaluation frameworks, and model pipelines.
• Architect end-to-end solutions including frontend (Angular/React) and backend APIs.
• Integrate AI into enterprise systems using cloud-native microservices.
• Lead design discussions and ensure secure, high-performance architectures.
• Collaborate with product, business, and engineering to deliver impact.
• Build reusable frameworks for LLM evaluation, observability, and guardrails.
• Mentor engineers and stay current with AI/ML trends.
