Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or software engineering delivering production AI solutions.
• Strong Python and SQL skills; hands-on GenAI and agentic AI with LLMs, RAG, and multi-step workflows using LangChain/LangGraph/CrewAI.
• Hands-on experience building GenAI apps with LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases (Milvus, Elasticsearch, pgvector, Pinecone).
• Experience designing agentic AI workflows using LangChain/LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen with tool calling and orchestration.
• Experience with ML/data processing using scikit-learn, PyTorch, Pandas, or Spark.
• Experience integrating and deploying AI solutions using APIs, cloud AI platforms, and tools like Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and at least one major cloud platform (AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, Google Vertex AI).
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions; Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Data Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technical teams to identify AI use cases and success metrics.
• Develop end-to-end GenAI, RAG, and agentic AI applications using LangGraph, CrewAI, and cloud platforms.
• Design and implement LLM-powered agents and orchestration, with guardrails and testing for reliability.
• Prepare data and integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems and APIs.
• Apply MLOps/LLMOps, monitoring, and responsible AI practices for production readiness.
• Present insights and drive client adoption to create reusable AI assets.
