IBM Consulting is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer – AI to partner with clients in transforming complex business challenges into production AI solutions. You will prototype, deploy, and scale GenAI, agentic AI, and data integration across enterprise systems.

You will leverage LangGraph, CrewAI, LangChain, and major cloud platforms to deliver measurable business value, with a strong focus on reliability and governance. This role can be performed remotely in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or software engineering.
• Strong Python and SQL skills with GenAI experience.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, and multi-step workflows.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI use cases and success metrics with clients.
• Develop end-to-end GenAI, RAG, and agentic AI apps.
