Job summary

Capco, located in Orlando, FL, is seeking a Senior GenAI Engineer to join its Technology Delivery Team. You will lead projects across the AI lifecycle—from experimentation to production deployment—delivering scalable, high-impact GenAI solutions for financial services clients.

You will design and build GenAI applications, develop autonomous agent frameworks, and deploy AI/ML solutions in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with LLMs or generative AI.
• Strong Python skills and scalable backend experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Willingness to work in the office 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Design and build applications using foundation models and modern GenAI techniques (e.g., RAG, agent-based workflows).
• Develop and experiment with autonomous or semi-autonomous agent frameworks.
• Contribute to full-stack AI solutions, including backend services, APIs, and user-facing components.
