Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior GenAI Engineer to design, build, and operationalize agentic AI solutions for a contact center transformation.

You will implement multi-agent workflows on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, orchestrating autonomous tasks and integrating with Amazon Connect for customer interactions. You will develop prompt strategies, ground outputs with RAG pipelines, and deploy with AWS serverless services (Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of AI/ML engineering experience.
• Hands-on with Amazon Bedrock for building generative AI apps.
• Experience in designing prompts and integrating foundation models.
• Experience building agentic and multi-agent workflows with orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Design multi-agent workflows on Bedrock AgentCore for orchestration of complex processes.
• Develop agentic AI solutions with tool use, memory management, and autonomy.
• Advance prompt strategies and context assembly for production workloads.
• Integrate agentic AI with Amazon Connect to automate customer interactions.
• Build LL M-powered applications leveraging Bedrock foundation models.
• Create and deploy RAG pipelines grounded in up-to-date info.
• Develop conversational experiences for customer channels with natural interactions.
• Implement guardrails, safety controls, and compliance measures.
