Job summary

Capio Group is seeking an experienced Back-End/Full-Stack Developer to join our Sacramento team on a full-time basis. You will help maintain and advance client Investment Data Warehouse (IDW) platforms, enabling GenBI, AI/ML, and predictive analytics within AWS/Snowflake ecosystems.

You will lead the design and deployment of analytics dashboards, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure adherence to AI governance and security standards.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years in IT with data/BI focus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, enhance, and advance the IDW architecture/platform.
• Develop analytics dashboards using UI/UX principles with Chainlit, Streamlit, and React.
• Use OOB services/APIs to accelerate use-case design.
• Build automated tests for Text-to-SQL accuracy.
• Lead AI/ML model prototyping with TensorFlow/PyTorch/scikit-learn.
• Apply SQL, data modeling (Star/Snowflake schema), and dbt for semantic layers.
• Implement containers/orchestration and CI/CD for ML/data workflows.
• Monitor, tune, and log AI/ML and GenBI solutions and pipelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendor teams; transfer knowledge.
