Capio Group is seeking an experienced Back-End/Full-Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain analytics-driven capabilities within IDW on AWS/Snowflake. You will drive AI/BI initiatives, ensure secure data workflows, and deliver scalable solutions for the public sector.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years in IT with data/analytics focus.
• 5+ years in data warehousing/BI analytics.
• At least 2 years with ETL/ELT pipelines and cloud data warehouses.
• At least 2 years in advanced SQL and data modeling.
• At least 2 years in containerization, CI/CD for ML/data.
• Provide client references for applicable projects.

Responsibilities

• Design analytics dashboards with UI/UX principles using Chainlit, Streamlit, React.
• Leverage Snowflake, AWS Bedrock, and other APIs to accelerate use cases.
• Develop tests to ensure Text-to-SQL accuracy.
• Prototype AI/ML solutions and guide system behavior.
• Manage CI/CD and data workflows across ML/BI platforms.
• Monitor and optimize IDW ecosystem for cost, security, and scalability.
