Qualifications

• GenAI experience: hands-on backend work with LLMs in production.
• 2+ years building backend services for GenAI apps with LLM APIs.
• Experience with MCP servers (FastMCP preferred).
• RAG pipelines and vector search (Cosmos DB/Azure).
• LLM orchestration (LangChain/LangGraph/LlamaIndex).
• Observability and cost/latency management in production.

Responsibilities

• Design and build backend services powering GenAI apps with Azure OpenAI, GPT and Claude.
• Develop MCP servers to expose enterprise data to AI agents.
• Create RAG pipelines and agent orchestration services.
• Use vector databases and caching for performance.
