Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr BIE for the Alexa for Shopping Analytics team to own analytics strategy for GenAI-powered shopping experiences. You will partner with senior leaders to deliver insights that inform executive decisions for the AI shopping assistant.

Qualifications

10+ years of professional or military experience.
5+ years of SQL experience.
1+ years of processing large, multi‑dimensional datasets from multiple sources.
1+ years of performing statistical analysis.
1+ years of developing automated reporting experience.
5+ years of as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, BI Analyst, or related occupation experience.
Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Math/Stats/Econ or related field.
Experience with AWS technologies.
Experience with information retrieval, data science, ML and data mining.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain the reporting layer and knowledge graph powering our in-house conversational analytics agent.
Partner with product teams to define and maintain KPIs behind go/no-go product decisions.
Invent, operationalize and publish scalable metrics and dashboards surfacing actionable insights for data-driven product growth.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve how we log and model customer engagement data.
