Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, BI Analyst, or related role.
• Strong SQL and Python scripting skills.
• Experience architecting end-to-end data platforms for multiple downstream consumers.
• Track record of influencing cross-team decisions.

Responsibilities

• Owns analytics architecture for data platforms, governance, and AI integration.
• Designs scalable data platforms with orchestration, quality monitoring, and schema management.
• Builds governance frameworks for data lineage, freshness, and validation.
• Develops automated analytics systems for reporting and KPI monitoring.
• Defines tooling strategy for AI integration and reusable patterns.
• Influences partner teams on data product integration and API standards.
• Makes data-modeling and cost/performance optimization decisions.
• Apply advanced statistical and ML methods in production and design experiments.
• Mentor the team on data engineering, governance, and AI applications.
• Communicate architecture and strategy to senior leaders with design documents.
