N26 is seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager for the Intelligent Operations Platforms (IOP) to lead AI solutions spanning ML and GenAI, empowering teams and advancing the bank's technology leadership.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape domain roadmaps, own production AI initiatives, and ensure secure, compliant, scalable products across the bank. Join a team pioneering AI in financial services, offering autonomy and cutting-edge tech with relocation support.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of Product Management in a technology-driven environment with AI/ML production experience.
• Hands-on GenAI production experience including RAG, Agentic workflows, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Experience in high-volume B2C FinTech or similar scalable domains.
• Expertise across the full AI product lifecycle: scoping, metrics, data, training, deployment, retraining.

• Partner with senior product leadership to align roadmaps with the AI strategy.
• Drive measurable business impact by automating back-office and fraud-detection workloads.
• Own end-to-end production AI lifecycle from hypothesis to post-launch monitoring.
• Translate business constraints into model requirements for data science and ML engineering.
• Balance rapid delivery with security, auditability, and data privacy in banking.
• Define standards and self-service tooling to enable autonomous AI adoption.
