Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Experience with Python and AI frameworks
• Exposure to LLM-based application development
• Familiarity with RAG and knowledge retrieval concepts
• Understanding of prompt engineering and LLM tuning
• Knowledge of REST APIs and databases
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/Google Cloud
• Familiarity with AI/ML libraries such as LangChain, PyTorch, TensorFlow

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Generative AI applications using Python and modern AI frameworks.
• Develop enterprise AI solutions leveraging LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Bedrock) and RAG.
• Build RAG solutions using enterprise data sources, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Design Agentic AI workflows enabling autonomous task execution and tool use.
• Develop AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar.
• Perform prompt engineering and optimize LLM responses for business use cases.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing applications via REST APIs and backend services.
• Develop AI-powered chatbots, copilots, and automation solutions.
• Support AI model evaluation, monitoring, and deployment in cloud environments.
• Participate in CI/CD, model lifecycle management, and MLOps activities.
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and business teams to deliver AI solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues and improve system performance and reliability.
• Document AI solutions and development processes.
