• Master's or PhD in a relevant STEM field (Data Science, CS, Engineering, Math, Physics, etc.).
• 6+ years in data science, data engineering, software engineering, or MLOps.
• 6+ years in AI/ML algorithm development and data analysis across NLP, time-series, CV, graph models.
• 6+ years in core programming and data science packages (Python, Keras, PyTorch, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Docker, Kubernetes).
• 6+ years with traditional ML and deep learning techniques (CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs, GANs).
• 4+ years leading teams and delivering complex projects.
• Willingness to travel ~10% and reside within commuting distance to Deloitte offices.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value AI opportunities aligning with client AI visions.
• Serve as technical lead on AI strategy, roadmaps, and prototyping.
• Guide clients through AI strategy, exploratory data analysis, modeling, and production deployment.
• Lead AI initiatives across predictive and generative AI, ensuring scalable, efficient models.
• Mentor data scientists, engineers, and solution architects to achieve delivery objectives.
