Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years designing mechanical drives or rotating equipment.
• Experience with gear drives and power transmission preferred.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
• Familiarity with AGMA, API, MIL standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design gear drive systems and drivetrain components per customer specs.
• Create 3D models, drawings, BOMs, and assembly diagrams.
• Perform detailed engineering analysis of rotating equipment.
• Select bearings, lubrication and instrumentation as required.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, sales, and service teams.
• Support field service with technical solutions and issue resolution.
