Job summary

McKesson Corporation seeks a senior cloud architect to design and operate enterprise GCP infrastructure with a strong focus on IaC (Terraform/Terragrunt) and GitOps. You will own landing zone governance, networking, and Apigee X integrations with Oracle Exadata/JDE, delivering secure, scalable cloud solutions.

You will lead automation pipelines, oversee FinOps and cost optimization, and ensure robust observability and security across GCP environments and ERP interconnects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise IT/infrastructure experience; 4+ years on GCP production environments.
• Hands‑on experience provisioning and supporting Apigee X / Apigee Edge and managing hybrid interconnectivity to Oracle Exadata/JD Edwards.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise GCP infrastructure using Terraform/Terragrunt with IaC and GitOps.
• Own GCP landing zone governance, IAM roles, and least-privilege security baselines.
• Configure network connectivity including Shared VPCs, VPC-SC, Interconnect, and load balancers for hybrid GCP environments.
• Provision and maintain Apigee X runtime environments and API gateways; ensure secure endpoints and mTLS.
• Engineer Oracle Exadata/JDE interconnects and high-performance hybrid networking.
• Build automated deployment pipelines with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Cloud Build).
• Implement security, observability, and FinOps practices across GCP environments.
