Job summary
Florida Power & Light Company is seeking a Senior Combustion (Gas) Turbine Engineer to lead troubleshooting for a large fleet, manage OEM bulletins, and drive reliability improvements. The ideal candidate has ABET-accredited engineering training and 4+ years in gas turbine operations or design, with familiarity across Siemens or Mitsubishi turbines and related control systems.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- 4+ years of experience in the field.
Responsibilities
- Lead troubleshooting and technical decision making for fleet assets.
- Manage documentation and currency of Engineering Requests, Work Orders, OEM Bulletins, and MOC requests in Maximo.
- Participate in strategic/proactive efforts to improve productivity and fleet reliability.
- Support parts planning and annual budget planning for fleet lessons learned.
- Evaluate component capability, reliability, and durability with OEMs and 3rd party suppliers.
- After-hours support as needed via virtual/phone meetings and on-site visits.
