Siemens Energy is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for Gas Turbine Combustion & Fleet Performance in Orlando. You will lead cross-functional programs addressing combustion and fleet issues, integrating data from testing, fleet operations, and engineering to guide evidence-based decisions.

With 5+ years in gas turbine development and strong leadership, you will coordinate diverse global teams, define priorities, and drive product improvements while ensuring timely execution and robust

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; master’s degree or PhD preferred.
• Business-fluent English required; German-language capability is beneficial.
• 5+ years of broad experience in gas turbine design, service engineering, commissioning, fleet support, or validation.
• Ability to evaluate technical data from testing, fleet operation, and engineering assessments and translate results into timely, evidence-based decisions.
• Experience leading technical programs, engineering development activities, fleet issue resolution, or product improvement initiatives.
• Leadership of diverse global teams and ability to align stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and deliver within schedule and budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead 9HL development programs and manage technical scope, budget, schedule, risk, and timely decision-making.
• Analyze and integrate fleet, test, operational, and engineering data to identify trends and develop evidence-based recommendations.
• Define critical questions, evidence requirements, decision criteria, risks, and a focused resolution plan.
• Lead cross-functional investigations and innovation projects, aligning technical experts and stakeholders around priorities, decisions, actions, and implementation.
• Monitor fleet performance and collaborate with fleet management, service, and engineering teams to identify issues and develop product improvements.
• Communicate complex technical findings clearly to leadership, projects, and customers with recommended actions.
