Job summary

WhiteWater Midstream, LLC. seeks an experienced leader to manage a team of gas schedulers. You will align nominations with physical flow, supervise daily scheduling, and mentor staff to optimize performance and accuracy.

The role requires afterhours availability, strong communication, and a deep understanding of pipeline operations. You will collaborate across departments to ensure regulatory compliance and efficient settlement processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of pipeline scheduling experience.
• Ability to lead and train team members and be available afterhours.
• High attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
• Availability to assist during cycle deadlines and afterhours.
• Thorough understanding of pipeline operations, pressures, flow, and gas quality.
• Willingness to relocate during storms or emergencies.
• Work on weekends/evenings/holidays when necessary.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with interstate pipelines (EPNG, NGPL, NNG, Transco, TETCO, Tennessee).
• Experience viewing operational data through SCADA.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of gas schedulers and align nominations with physical flow.
• Monitor performance, train new hires, and conduct evaluations.
• Ensure optimal customer service with partners and internal staff.
• Maintain relationships with producers, shippers, and pipelines.
• Review daily nominations and communicate with shippers as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams on gas nominations during asset constraints.
• Review contractual obligations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support monthly settlement processes and reporting.
• Monitor gas flow and coordination with Control Center for optimization.
• Reconcile actual flow data with nominations and resolve imbalances.
• Drive efficiency with IT/automation projects and test Quorum features.
• Foster internal culture of efficiency and customer focus through tech.
