Boardwalk Pipelines, LP in Houston, TX is seeking a Scheduling Analyst to manage customer activity, nominations, and scheduling within contractual limits. The role involves coordinating with Gas Control, Marketing, and IT to improve gas management processes and ensure regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of scheduling experience in natural gas or pipelines, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with tariff provisions and SOX controls.

• Schedule and analyze pipeline activity within contractual and operational parameters.
• Identify and communicate information critical to customer decisions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on data extraction and contract terms.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze customer activity against contractual and pipeline operational limitations.
• Schedule the pipeline within contractual and operational parameters.
• Lead or participate in defining requirements and implementing new services or changes to the Gas Management System.
• Support nominations, confirmations, scheduling and path balancing for customers.
• Back up evening and weekend analysts as needed.
• Perform PDA maintenance and ensure valid tariffs are followed at all locations.
• Monitor imbalances and manage contract balances with Gas Control and shippers.
• Review contracts to ensure adherence to tariff terms and cash-out procedures.
• Drive improvements to customer-facing systems and ensure regulatory compliance.
