WhiteWater Midstream, LLC seeks a Manager to lead a team of gas schedulers and align nominations with physical flow across its pipelines and storage facility. The role encompasses daily scheduling oversight, staff mentoring, and backfilling as needed.

The candidate will coach performance, coordinate with Gas Control, field ops, and commercial staff, and ensure compliance with contracts and regulations while driving efficiency through technology and process improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of pipeline scheduling experience.
• Proven ability to lead and train team members.
• Quorum experience.
• High attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Available afterhours to assist or guide team members as needed.
• Understanding of pipeline operations including pressures and flow rates.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, or holidays when necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of gas schedulers, ensuring consistent processes and policies.
• Monitor and coach employee performance; train new hires and backfill when needed.
• Ensure optimal customer service with counterparties and internal teams.
• Establish positive relationships with producers, marketers, pipelines, and shippers.
• Review daily nominations and evaluate reasonableness with stakeholders.
