Vistra is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support gas plant operations. You will maintain and troubleshoot plant equipment, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensure reliable operation under site management guidance.

The role emphasizes safety procedures and adherence to environmental health standards, with eligibility for performance bonuses and benefits including 401k and medical/dental/vision plans.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Massachusetts 3rd Class Stationary Engineer License may be required for this position.
• Massachusetts Stationary 1st Class Fireman License is required.

Responsabilités

• Proficient in maintaining equipment at the gas plant.
• Performs troubleshooting and documentation, assists in problem resolution on shift.
• Performs daily maintenance, overhauls, calibration, troubleshooting, repair/replacement and removal/installation of plant equipment and systems.
• Makes repair technique recommendations to peers and management.
• Conducts excitation system inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Ensures adherence to safety, health, environmental procedures including Lockout Tagout and PPE.
