Job summary

Vistra in Monahans, Texas is seeking a Plant Operator to perform operations, preventive and corrective maintenance on gas plant equipment under site management. You will ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations and support maintenance activities across the gas fleet.

The role requires 4–6 years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and completion of Tier 2 and POSS/MASS programs.

Qualifications

• 4 -6 years related experience.
• Tier 2 completion for primary skill.
• Computer based skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot plant equipment on shift.
• Perform daily maintenance, overhauls, calibration, repair/replacement and installation.
• Document troubleshooting steps and propose repair techniques.
