Zusammenfassung

ReadyOne Industries is seeking a Maintenance Lead to direct the garment maintenance team and act as the technical authority for all sewing and garment equipment. You will drive uptime, plan scheduling, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the department.

You will coach Level 0–Level 3 Advanced technicians, manage preventive maintenance programs, and partner with Engineering on NPI activities. Strong pneumatic, electrical, and automation skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum five years of garment maintenance experience.
• One year of seniority required at Level 3 Advanced for internal candidates.
• Expert pneumatics, electricity, electronics, servo motors, sewing machines, and automation knowledge.
• Programming experience with Jack Machines and automated heads.
• Strong coaching and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate daily garment maintenance activities for multiple mechanic levels.
• Perform and oversee maintenance, repair, programming, and setup of sewing and garment equipment.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs and TPM documentation.
• Oversee equipment overhauls, rebuilds, and new installations with Engineering on NPIs.
• Mentor and develop mechanics; track timekeeping and training compliance.
• Communicate maintenance status and risks in planning meetings.
• Maintain safety standards and enforce LOTO/OSHA requirements.
